I am originally from Ohio, but Charlotte County, Florida (Punta Gorda /
Port Charlotte) has been my home since 1979.  Having been a licensed real estate salesperson since 1983, my primary focus has continued to be providing exceptional service to each and every one of my customers.  Prior to becoming a full-time real estate professional / Realtor®, I pursued a career in real estate law as a paralegal for 14 years and excelled in the areas of real estate closings, probate, as well as litigation, spurring my desire to continue in this specialty. 

 

I enjoy boating and fishing all around Charlotte Harbor, cooking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. I really enjoy working in the real estate profession and meeting new people all the time, and assisting them with finding their dream home in paradise, as well as to help those that have to sell and leave our area.  I feel that my background and knowledge of this area definitely provide my customers with a one of a kind real estate experience. 

 

I am a certified e-PRO (*http://www.epronar.com/whyuseepro.htm), as well as a certified Cartus Network Affinity Specialist (CNAS), specializing in customer relocations throughout the world.  I am a member of the Punta Gorda-Port Charlotte-North Port Board of Realtors, a member of the Florida Association of Realtors, as well as the National Association of Realtors.  I served on the Women´s Council of Realtors (WCR) Governing Board as Secretary during 2007 and 2008, and through WCR participated in various community fundraisers.  I also like being a part of community fundraisers such as Shoes for Kids, Habitat for Humanity, and anything related to our military troops overseas.
